Develop and deliver a privately hosted corporate engagement event within an ongoing programme of lunches and evening experiences designed for invited guests.
The brief called for a distinctive themed environment that would elevate the series while maintaining expected standards.
Approach
An Alice in Wonderland concept was selected as the creative foundation.
The approach allowed the theme to inform the full guest experience, from food and beverage through to styling and entertainment, creating a coherent environment guests could step into from arrival.
The goal was to deliver a fully immersive experience while maintaining a standard of aspiration appropriate to the brand.
Delivery
Creative direction was carried consistently across all event elements, ensuring alignment between environment, service and entertainment.
Styling, food presentation and beverage experiences reinforced the narrative throughout the venue, while entertainment details were intentionally integrated, including the DJ characterised into the Mad Hatter, providing a recognisable focal point within the experience.
On-site oversight ensured cohesion across suppliers and maintained energy across the evening.
