The Brief
Engaged to design and deliver a large-scale multi-brand experiential event for NextGen, bringing together sponsors and partners within a single, high-energy environment.
The event was required to surpass previous years, strengthening partner relationships through a memorable shared experience positioned as one of the standout industry gatherings of the year.
Approach
A fast-paced experiential format was developed, allowing multiple sponsor brands to coexist while retaining clear individual presence.
Distinct branded environments were created throughout the venue, ensuring each partner had space to engage guests meaningfully while contributing to a cohesive atmosphere.
An abundance-led approach to food and beverage, combined with live entertainment and interactive moments, sustained momentum and encouraged continuous movement, discovery and social interaction across the evening.
Delivery
Nine fully realised branded experiences were delivered within a carefully structured spatial layout, maintaining clarity while supporting high guest circulation.
Custom branded bars, a seafood ice installation, interactive dessert station and champagne service points created focal moments throughout the venue.
Live DJ performance, roaming entertainment, a choreographed champagne tower and sabrage moment reinforced energy and progression across the night while maintaining operational control.
Outcome
The event successfully strengthened sponsor engagement and partner relationships, establishing itself as a highly anticipated annual fixture.
Now entering its fourth consecutive year under Becs Bradley's delivery, the event continues to surpass prior editions, supported by outstanding client testimonial and ongoing re-engagement.
