General information:
A celebration of Sam's birthday. A time to celebrate with friends and family. It's an all white party and Sam would like the staff to also wear white.
Set Up.
Event Style:
Cocktail / Standing Reception with Leaners and some low seating
Decorations:
Balloon garland set up at entance (White, Gold and soft blue). Booked directly by Sam
Memories:
Disposable cameras to be placed around the venue on leaners. Sam to supply on arrival.
Entertainment:
Go Go Dancers booked for a 2 hour set. 2 x small podiums to be set up in the main terrace, alongside the dancefloor and DJ.
Tableware:
All glassware and dinnerware is supplied by the Venue and covered in their hire costs.
Furnishings:
Bar leaners and barstools are all provided by the venue set up.
Collaterol:
Custom printed bar menus supplied by the Glasshouse
AV Set Up:
Wireless microphone hire $129, supplied by The Glasshouse
Lighting:
Mid soft lighting, then dark and moody after formalities
